With the launch of the latest Bond installment, “Quantum of Solace”, and the onset of the cold British Christmas period, formalwear is back and what a great time to release a new dinner suit.
Burton obviously thinks so with its announcement today of a new double breasted tuxedo jacket with all the trimmings to match your Chrimbo party next month.
ResponseSource.com wrote earlier today:
As part of Burton’s new Heritage tailoring collection, the menswear company has unveiled a classic double breasted tuxedo that has been inspired by the Burton archives and brought up to date with a more modern fit. Made from 100% wool, this tux features intricate detailing, satin lapels and embroidering with a nod to the Burton tailoring roots.
The Heritage range has gone somewhat unnoticed as Arcadia continue to focus on their continually profit and trend-leading Topman franchise, but the Burton range of formalwear should definitely be checked out by anyone looking for a new whistle. With premium tailoring and quality fabrics being brought to the masses at the traditionally Burton-value price range, this collection represents very good value for money. (Around £130 for the jacket and trousers.)
Unfortunately we couldn’t get hold of a picture of the new dinner jacket, so included is a snap of the single-breasted variety from the Heritage range and you can use your own imagination.
